Head Tour Team Tennis Backpack

Head is a company that is always challenging themselves to create better and more modern-looking athletic equipment. They have been doing this for decades and have built a sports equipment company that is well-known and respected throughout the world.

This particular backpack is designed to be able to hold two rackets within the large main compartment. This is important because you want to make sure your young tennis star can keep their rackets safe and sound at all times. That large compartment is not the only thing that this design brings with it.

On top of the roomy interior, the backpack is also designed with a shoe compartment, so your kid can keep their shoes separate from the rest of their clothing. When you look at the front of the backpack, there is also a convenient exterior, zipper accessory pocket in which your kids can place their keys and phones without worrying about losing them on the courts.

When you are a parent, one of the major concerns about any backpack is whether it is going to be comfortable for your kid to use it or not. This backpack from Head is designed with adjustable padded shoulder straps, so no matter how much they have in that backpack, the weight will be evenly distributed to save them from back pain.

The last major design feature that stands out on this backpack is the mesh side pockets. When your child is out on the courts, they will be sweating a lot. One of the concerns many parents have is maintaining hydration, so the side mesh pockets are perfect places to store water bottles. They are easy to reach and expand very generously so that almost any size bottle or thermos can fit in them.

Who Is This Product For?

Almost any young tennis player will benefit from adding this backpack to their arsenal of gear. However, we think that a more experienced and older youth player might feel a little bit better about using this backpack than a new player.

The size of the backpack is the reason for this. Because of the size and the ability to hold more than one racket, the backpack seems to lend itself to be more advantageous to a player that is eight years old and older.

This lightweight, well-designed backpack is a great choice for any parent to choose. Crafted with high-quality materials, the biggest plus to this bag is the multiple compartments that are built-in.

No parent wants to have to combat the odors that come from sweaty feet mixing with everything else in the bag. The fact that it comes with a separate shoe storage compartment is by far the best addition to this backpack.

Along with that, the fact that the interior compartment is so roomy and able to carry multiple rackets is also a great touch. This will allow for your young tennis player to be able to carry a good practice racket, as well as a backup in case of emergencies.

Maybe they don’t want to carry two rackets but have many other accessories and clothes that they need to carry. The size of this compartment will accommodate either situation.

The backpack also comes in multiple colors so that you can allow your young tennis player to show their personality and even match with the rest of their gear.

Even though all of that is excellent, there are still a few issues that we think should be addressed before you make your final decision. The one issue that sticks out the most is the shoulder strap concern.

There have been some parents who feel that the shoulder straps, though comfortable, are not as durable as other backpacks on the market. Other than this one issue, the only other fault we found is that this may be a little too pricey of a choice for you if you are working on a tight budget.

Pros

  • Crafted with multiple compartments for easier organization
  • Designed with a built-in shoe storage compartment
  • Crafted with the ability to transport 2 rackets
  • Comes in five different colors for better personalization

  • Price may be a bit steep
  • Shoulder straps not as durable as other models

Final Thoughts

Having a comfortable backpack that has plenty of room for all their accessories is paramount when it comes to setting up your child for success on the tennis court. The good thing is that this backpack offers all that and so much more.
